At Smithville, MS, the current temperature is 54 and it feels like 54. Highs will continue to range between 69 and 81 with lows between 42 and 58. There is a 60% chance of PM thunderstorms today, and a 100% chance of thunderstorms tomorrow. In addition to the heavy rain/flash flood threat, some storms could be strong to severe late today through tomorrow. Primary threats: large hail, damaging winds, and tornadoes. Dr. Greg Forbes, the severe weather expert at The Weather Channel, is giving MS a TOR:CON (Tornado Condition Index) of 4 for tomorrow.
