North MS Local Forecast: Good Morning! At Smithville, MS, the current temperature is 44 and it feels like 44. Highs will continue to range between 63 and 79 with lows between 39 and 56. There is a 90% chance of PM thunderstorms on Wednesday. At the Regional Rehab Center in Tupelo, MS, the current temperature is 45 and it feels like 45. Todays high is 79 with a low of 47. Tuesdays high is 70.
